a list of things I’ve had in Spain that I want to recreate state side. I’m sure this list will grow as the semester continues.
- Tortilla espanola.
- Revueltos: scrambled eggs with mushrooms, shrimp and green beans.
- Quesadillas with Gouda cheese, spinach (chard) and mushrooms with pico on top.
- Paella (actually haven’t had that here yet… but it’s still going on the list.)
